This service has a close relationship with the construction management service. The cost consultancy allows for more accurate cost forecasting given the ability to identify potential construction difficulties, risks and plug gaps in the available design information. Our approach is aided by our practical construction knowledge. Early and close interrogation of the design allows buildability issues to be identified and resolved in advance of detailed design or construction activities commencing.
